The original “One Point Recording” was made at San Francesco church, in Schio (Italy) on April, 12, 13, 1999, using a very special stereo main microphones set up based upon 2x Schoeps MK2s and 2x Schoeps MK21 mounted on a single shaped aluminous bar, designed by Marco Lincetto. The new analog mastering was made at VLS Studio, in Naquera (Spain), on January, 28, 2026 Using Rupert Neve Design analog console and RTR STUDER A810 on ¼” master tape rolling at 38 cm/sec speed.

DMM and PET: The perfect solution for the best vinyls ever
Direct Metal Mastering (DMM): Audio is etched directly into the metal (copper) using a high-frequency carrier system and special diamond pins, vibrating at more than 40kHz, to facilitate etching (Father/Positive -> Galvanic/Negative Stamper -> Final Vinyl) This allows for improved accuracy in the grooves produced, resulting in improved sound output (particularly with reduced background noise and increased response to high frequencies). Actual benefits of using PET, polyethylene terephthalate, in audio vinyl printing Perfect centering (eccentricity) vertical and horizontal, ensures significantly reduced wow & flutter during playback. The grooved surface is ultra-smooth, resulting in very low background noise, which ensures greater effective dynamics, with much better transient response. It ensures less deformation of the groove during contact with the stylus, resulting in longer life over time, and greater extension and stability of high frequencies. Insensitivity to static electricity means that it is much less sensitive to dust accumulation and impulsive extemporaneous noises (tick-tocks) Injection molding, on the other hand, is much more precise and therefore causes less distortion of the grooves, hence a more stable stereophonic image, improved wide and deep and spatial depth.
