This disc is the first recital of the young soprano Diletta Rizzo Marin. After the recent success obtained at the Santander Festival, with her attractive and expressive voice, so defined by the most notable music critic of the Spanish daily newspaper “El Pais”, Enrique Franco, Diletta proposes her recital accompanied by the pianist Alberto Boischio. The chosen repertoire ranges from the seventeenth century of Purcell to one of the most popular zarzuelas of the twentieth century, thus showing the freshness of her timbre, her musical and technical preparation, her stylistic versatility and her intense expressiveness in singing in four different languages.
