This disc features famous themes from the great American dance bands from the 1920s to the 1950s, with a tribute to the great Fred Buscaglione, performed by an unusual trio of piano, drums and vocals, with "special guest" Massimo Salvagnini on tenor saxophone in three tracks. Recording made in a small jazz club, without an audience.
