Giorgio Gaslini's classical, yet always innovative, pianism is put at the service of Laura Conti's vocal ductility, theatricality and technical finesse. A modern Zelig of the keyboard, he enters the spirit of 14 different styles 14 times, uniting them all with the thin blue line of his own artistic soul, shaped and proposed over the last 60 years of the history of music.
And Laura Conti is the only subject who can be the protagonist of this fresco of songs: because she knows how to follow and transform into her own the authoritative traits imposed by the author's hand, in an exchange of understanding and complicity that transforms the game of parts into a consolidated unicum.
And in the end, one in function of the other and the other in function of the one, close a perfect circle, describing a microcosm of sounds that is absolutely autonomous and self-sufficient, which does not leave the attentive listener, and even the casual one, with any doubt that something is missing or that something is too much.
