This music originates from a "rib" of jazz and then develops into something remarkably original and very Italian. The central core of the project is obviously formed by the extraordinary Simone Guiducci and Mauro Negri (already accomplices in many other adventures, like the Trapezomantilo). Around them alternately revolve several guests playing instruments not very common in jazz and related genres, such as bassoon, French horn, cello, etc.

The compositions, all by Negri and Guiducci, are very beautiful and functional to the various timbral combinations resulting from the alternation of musicians. This gives life to a series of vivid and distinct musical portraits, almost a small gallery of very lively, some unforgettable, rich in freshness and inventiveness.
