L. Mozart definierte ihn als ein kleines Licht in der europäischen Musikszene. Doch der Galante Stil von F.P. Ricci hatte noch in den 1770er Jahren großen Erfolg und bekräftigte eine „italienische Art“, Musik zu verstehen. Geist, Impuls, Enthusiasmus, Brillanz sind uns von den Zeugen der Epoche überliefert und werden in diesem Album vom Alla Maniera Italiana Ensemble präsentiert.

L. Mozart defined it as a Minor light inside the European musical panorama. However the Galant style of F.P. Ricci had great success still around the 1770, reasserting an Italian way of understanding music. Inspiration, impulse, enthusiasm and brilliance are those features which arrived to the present thanks to the witness of that epoch, and are here collected by Alla Maniera Italiana Ensemble.
